Return/Exchange Policy:

We want our customers to be happy, and we aren't happy if you are not happy. 

If for any reason you need to return an item please follow the procedures below:

1) Send an email to info@jasminronelle.com with "Return or Exchange" as the subject. You have until 14 days after the shipping date to request this action.

2) In the email report why you are wanting to return or exchange your item(s).

3) Ship your item(s) back to the return shipping address and your case will be reviewed.

If merchandise is in poor condition, we will not accept an exchange or issue a store credit.
SWIM WEAR will NOT be able to be returned or exchanged if it has been worn or the labels have been removed.
Refunds will NOT be available at this time. Store credit or an exchange is available.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping will be carried out using U.S. Postal Services or UPS.

Shipping rates will be added to the total payment amount when checking out using the cart application.

Tracking number can be emailed to you, providing that you give viable information.

 

Privacy Policy:

All of the information given through our site for each customer is used to complete the order. 

We DO NOT sell customer information and provide a safe and secure online business for our customers to shop freely.
